@KrimsonKatt: Libby did say she was waiting on a confirmation by one person before sending out the final gift, so I’m sure it’s on the way! Like Mirak said, no one gets left out without a present, if you didn’t get one from your actual santa a helper will step in in their place and gift you something.

Just finished reading mine, I didn’t get to watch nearly as many cheesy hallmark christmas movies this year as I wanted to, so this really warmed my heart. Thank you Santa!

I haven’t had the chance to properly read mine but someone wrote me a Christmas story which I never would have expected but am really pleased about! This is gonna be fun. From initial impressions I would guess piano? I’ll probably make another guess when I read it all.

It’s because the main area is in a top down perspective while the parallax is in a front view perspective. It’s definitely off but I think it works for the sake of the visual effect. I think it’s mostly a matter of whether realism or visual flair is more important and there isn’t really a right one to pick, each is gonna have people who prefer it more.

A couple people have reported this, I’ll try and fix it soon but didn’t make it a priority since most people seem to prefer skipping the bosses anyway and it wasn’t something that needed an immediate patch. Thanks for the report though!

Thanks for all the love so far y'all!! Makes me really happy to see people enjoying something I made after working on it for so long.
Also, for anyone who downloaded the v1.0.1 update today, please download v1.0.2 instead because v1.0.1 has a bug that prevents the player from beating the game. Sorry for the trouble! If you're on v1.0 you should be fine.

I'll have to agree with Mirak. This was a treat to experience with all the content that's currently available. I dunno if there are plans for future expansion content, but, yeah. Cool stuffs.

Yup, I'm not doing any other christmas card games in the future, I'm doing expansions to this! The first one I have in mind is for spring but I can't promise it'll happen for sure. I'll have another christmas expansion for 2022 for sure though!

Hello there I em one of the people who downloaded your game but I have some problems with runing it first it asked me to get the rtp and than after the intro ends and the game starts with XMAS2020 title it says missing 2003 fire file(what is that?).Can you help me please I really want to play some XMAS games to get in to the holiday spirit:(

I guess I was kinda expecting to be able to run it as-is?
I'll try and look into that sometime soon, I got a little overexcited with releasing the game and completely forgot about RTP as i always seem to ^^;

How have I not been a member of this community sooner? This is the best way to celebrate Christmas I've ever seen.
There will be other oppurtunities to join in for the expansions so you can keep an eye out for those if you’d like!
