I was going to say - I recently saw that you were remaking this. The new graphics look great, can't wait to play it!
Regarding the original files, this may be a silly question, but is it not possible to just download the release that's currently on RMN and use an RM decrypter to get access to them? I think this is the one I use for Vx Ace games, it's very easy to use and it works perfectly. https://github.com/uuksu/RPGMakerDecrypter

You may want to set it to "default download" so that it shows up on the game page without clicking on the downloads tab. Took me quite a while to find it!
