Spotlight: Cruna Aktrid
The game is made by wltr3565's school club's team. Its main purpose is to experience how a real game development goes. It's pretty ambitious!

This puzzle platformer by koaangel was made in Unity. It is a remake of an old Commodore 64 game called "Acia" developed by Peter Kaul in 1989. It's fun!
Parallax Mapping For Beginners
Hello all!

I created this video tutorial to help introduce the basics of parallax mapping. In it, I show my techniques on how to create visually pleasing maps in a relatively quick time frame.

Games sequels, stay the same or go different? why and how?
Well I always have the fight with my brother that zelda and mario are the same all the time (in pokemon we agree is the same), me being on the side that they are alike but they have their difference that make them different but he clasify this games in the same shelf of pokemon, less exagerated but still the same shelf.
Who Says You Can’t Go Home and Start Making a Difference?
Homework Salesman (HS) is the second game developed together by the team of Diedrupo and Ronove of Star Stealing Prince fame, assisted by the talents of Rhyme and Archeia_Nessiah. The HS project is one of the more ambitious projects that I’m aware of at RMN, since it is conceived to be incorporate many features that taken together try to give the player the experience of a real life simulation, which few games here have tried to accomplish. The first chapter out of four planned was first made available for the recent Release Something Weekend. This review covers version 1.0l. How successfully is this first installment in living up to the promise of providing a real life experience? Bear with me as I go in depth.
Spotlight: Seven Mysteries
This dark puzzle RPG by sanggameboy is about groups of "special" students: The inquisitive, the mysterious, and the insane. One in particular is very interested in the school's secrets...

Ambivalence and Frustrations: the RPG Maker Tale.
I wasn't entirely sure where to post this, so here goes.
Smarter Enemy Battles
I've been doing some work with scripts dedicated to adding more options to how enemies function. The results are pretty cool, so far. Many enemies now use much smarter battle patterns and can counter or defend against certain types of skills and attacks.
Energon Axes
I have nothing of merit to show, but I have been working on the game! I have been developing a list of skills and weapons, and working out how leveling will work.

How To Keep Your Gaming Audience Entertained

Good day, ladies and gentlederps. The name is "Professor Know-It-All." And I'm here today to teach you all about the secret art of game making and general game design. Trihan's "Make me a script" topic!
The client I'm currently scripting for is starting to near the end of his requirements (aside from tweaking and optimising the ones I've already done) and since I'm currently between jobs I'm not doing much right now, so I thought I would take this opportunity to give a little back to the community that's kept me going for the past 12 years.

For me, one of the most enjoyable aspects of making an RPG usually comes in the form of adding mini-games. Are they required? Not at all, but they help break up the repetitive nature of RPGs.
