AVEE'S PROFILE
Avee
5794
I started to design games at age 5, drawing maps and sprites with felt pens and paper. Then I began writing stories and game scenarios. I've been working with Rpg Maker 2000 and 2003 mostly, as soon as they came out.
I favor RPGs, Action RPGs and Fighting games. My favorite styles are Fantasy, Horror and anything dark or gothic. I also appreciate cute and funny content.
I make a lot of pixel art and some digital art (concept, promo, fanart, etc.)
I also compose 8-bit music.
Don't be shy and send me a message if you want to commission my work ;)

Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin
Watching the trailer, The game is made by Team Ninja.
The characters' running and weapon attack animations do remind me of the ones in the Ninja Gaiden games that I love... but the cool ninja moves and brutality are missing here.
The setting and enemies look interesting. The playable characters, not at all.
I would rather choose a party of 3 or 4 among the 6 original classes and play through the game as them even if they were silent.
In any case, it looks more like a reboot than a remake of the original, so the FF1/Dissidia story can still be considered canon.

[RM2K3][PAID WORK] Fix my ABS
I tried the demo. The ABS isn't much different than my old one for Crystalis, and the clunkiness with hit detection is explained by this:
Kazesui wrote a tutorial on how to circumvent this problem.
This might not be the help you're looking for, but I would recommend that you follow this tutorial and make the changes to the ABS yourself.

A lot of people complain in ABS games that the hit detection is awful, and the reason for this, is that once an event starts to move, it's coordinates is immediately set to the tile it's moving too, eventhough it might be a full 15 pixels away from standing on the middle of the tile.
