Hallo, I make games.
I'm a mapper/writer and try to escape all other aspects of dev as much as I can.
My pastimes include consuming unhealthy amounts of manga, yaoi pr0n and begging people to work with me so I don't have to event or do gameplay.

Also expect HOARDS of typos from me. And rants. Much typoed rants.
In Search of Immortality
The Alchemy Guild sends an expedition to retrieve the Elixir of Immortality from the sage Tarneu's tomb.

Let's Try Lionheart

Ho shit will you look at all that XD

I can't say I'm totally new to the devs taking very wrong to my admittedly abrasive style, but this may be a new extreme.
Look, I'm neither going to defend or excuse myself. Rampant ranting and swearing are simply how I roll, and some people are okay with that (mostly the ones who come to watch WANT that). Some people, are not (especially when it's their game). Okay.

I just want to make clear I make the streams first for viewers and only secondarily (and even then just maybe) for the actual developers, so also understand I kinda exaggerate a bit to try and be entertaining in the only ways I know how. I just started now linking the LPs to this site at all, but seeing this reaction maybe it's not a good idea.

I still very strongly disagree at the rampant infodump at the start of the game, calculated risk or not. Some people disagree, sure. It's my play of the game and I'll express my own views. I could go on and defend that opinion but I did so in the video so I don't think I need to repeat myself.
We shall agree to disagree, after all it's not MY game. I can give my feedback and you're free to ignore it, sure.

I'll thank you to not put words in my mouth, however, as I do not remember attacking you personally. I enjoy stories, but they have to engage me. There are ways to do thing that will work and ways that don't.
Also I'll admit to all the abrasiveness, ranty and sweariness IN THE WORLD, or even being called a bitch; but "seething and psychopathic" "hatred of exposition" may be going a bit far into personal insult territory.

I'll even admit I was very surprised over the outburst over what boils down to one point of criticism: "the intro is too long and needs work". I did not even touch onto anything else of the game, nor have any real issues with presentation or the actual plot (just how it was presented); so I was a bit baffled by this explosion.

tl;dr: this doesn't change my views any and I know you can do your own thing even if I don't agree to them. I still think the introduction hampers the game greatly.

Revive the Dead

Listen Listen! I wasn't too into the theme of the contest but FOMAR HIMSELF! FOMAR! Not me prodding him! Said to retake and complete In Search of Dragons, which was in the "dead, should finish somtime" shelf! I am so happy I don't even.

Halloween Bash Review

+10 for accuracy. This game is friggin awesome, as it should be, made by two friggin awesome ladies >I

R.I.P. RPG Revolution

Some trite

Leave me out of this, Bizarre. The only reason anyone "looks out" for you is because you're a troublemaker no one wants to have to deal with. And for pete's sake snap out of this "I'm in a movie!" fantasy you still have going on.

Sunken Spire

The plant in the cave is unrelated to Selene. It's grown with Fertilizer given by the rescued gardener in the last magic floor of the tower.
As for Selene: did you get the relic from the big tree in the forest, before the tower?

Sunken Spire

Thanks for the feedback!
A lot of the issues that cropped up were product of the too short development period and near inexistent (we didn't even have a full day) of testing. Balance and odd crashes are product of that OTL

As the main writer I will admit I did feel as if this game had less actual "story" and development, but there's not much we can do about that now. Maybe not using fully original characters would have been better, who knows. Also there was a very certain sense of "fuck fuck fuck no time just get it done!" when it came to the last NPCS to be put in, so that doesn't help.

We've gotten a few helpful reports of minor and MAJOR issues (such as crashes, oof) so we'll try to patch that up and re-upload the game soon. Thanks for the input!

We had already things in plan for the rescue folks (basically a list telling you where each of them hung out after being rescued) but we ran out of time. That seems to be our go to excuse for any and all problems in this OTL

I'm glad you enjoyed the game despite its faults! I'm a bit surprised after all the issues you had with it it's still ahead among the competition, so hey, yey! :D

(Also Selene you hoore how dare you crash after the boss ><)

In Search of Dragons

As stated the demo past the big itnerlude is pretty raw and buggy. (It ends right after the rats place too).

When the final build comes out most of the game's gameplay will be compeltely remade (as well as heavy changes to the story all around).

It's Ulrika, a heroine from the rtp that is used in Punch Bears, yes.

In Search of Immortality
