Like I said, you could always post it to itch.io or even gamejolt (though personally I would recommend the former) and link to the games on your profile. We’re not really trying to get you to censor anything (though I recommend removing the non-consent more out of decency than anything, especially since it’s a very touchy subject for most) but we’re just saying this site isn’t the place. We’ve have a few members who are still active today who have used other sites to host some of their more adult content but still regularly engage with us in the community. There’s no need to feel shunned out or censored, there’s just some things this site isn’t for.

That being said, let’s not clutter up the event page. If you want to carry on this conversation we can move to DMs.

Got it done just in time! It's my first completed RPG Maker game, so there was a lot of time spent learning, but I hope it's entertaining, and not too difficult!

(I followed a few of the prompts, but I'll leave it to players to discover which ones, so that I don't spoil anything.)

I’m pretty sure there’s a rule against excessive violence aswell but pixellated rpg maker blood isn’t as harmfully influential to a kid or teen as non-consent being portrayed as okay. Video games don’t make you violent, but video games can make you horny.

Maybe I shouldn’t comment without playing the game but having sex with someone while they’re unconscious is rape if you don’t get their consent beforehand, even if it’s someone you’ve been dating, which from what I infer they weren’t anyway. Heck, even with consent it is an iffy thing to do. It doesn’t matter if she actually wanted it, if the old man didn’t know that, he’s a massive creep, and I don’t think you can justify his actions.

That being said, try not to take it too hard. There is a place for everything, and RMN is unfortunately not the place for porn games. You can try itch.io for that. We’re happy to have new people in the community but we ask that you respect the site rules and that we have younger members who should not be exposed to certain things. I fully support sexual content (when everything is consensual and legal, mind you) but there’s a good reason why kids shouldn’t see it - because it encourages sexual behavior that will make them more susceptible to grooming and predators. I also fully encourage freedom of expression but kids are not old enough to fully understand the ramifications of certain things. They can also be influenced, and seeing a girl respond to a rape threat saying she actually wants it can be really harmful. There’s a reason age of consent is a thing. I’m saying all of this as someone who just recently turned into an adult.

Again, sorry that having your game rejected made you upset, but there was a reason. We have an adult only discord server (not officially related to rmn but mostly members from here) if you wish to join, and itch.io would be a much better place to host your games if they have adult content like I said. I hope we’re able to get past this and have you in our community!
