This reminds me of the Airport game where you get dropped randomly into google street-view and have to find an airport. I'm in.

i used random street view and got a generic highway in a generic countryside area with nothing but trees for miles around. If i make a map off that it would just be a frogger clone and i feel like thats really booring
You could keep trying, there's no rule specifying you have to pick the first thing that shows up on random street view.
Moonsong: First Verse
I remember this game being very cool when I played it, even if I didn't end up finishing it. The mapping and visuals in particular were on point. I hope the negative review doesn't discourage you, Kaempfer, this game shows a ton of effort and skill!

Just to make sure plugins that add pictures are prohibited as well? (Doodads etc.)?
Yes, please avoid using plugins as an alternative for parallax mapping if you can.
