Thank you! It's good to hear people are okay with some slight delays. I did want to have this out by christmas but I did not want to deliver a rushed and incomplete product, so the delays should hopefully at least pay off in terms of the game's quality.

Edit: In the meantime, here's two screenshots I haven't shown off before as a progress update.

I'm working on it as steadily as I can, but responsibilities (and a slight lack of motivation after having committed to it longer than I have to any game before) are keeping things kind of slow. Still, I'm confident a january release is very likely. Seems fitting considering the OG christmas card 2009 was half a month late, lol. I don't really care about misaos at all, it's just not finished yet.

For anyone wondering, all but two people have been added in, so as far as free exploration goes it's 99% done. Most of what I have left is eventing the main storyline and making some custom menus, so overall I would say the game is about 60-70% complete. The game is currently a LOT more polished and bulkier than any of the past christmas card games. I've deliberately held off on showing some off the cooler stuff as to not spoil any surprises but it's definitely going to be a bigger project than some might anticipate. As such I would appreciate the patience <3

If anyone wants to offer playtesting once it's done, please let me know. I'll probably send it out to a few people early once it's complete to make sure it's properly tested.
