Oh shoot, we forgot about Starmage's game, Perceiving Shapes actually! Apparently it won a game of the year award from a small zine, so it seems like a crime not to mention it for the misaos.

I beg of you not to make helaz a pity/hero figure. He did threaten to rape/slit the throat of an underaged site member. He spammed baby rape on the site. He constantly came back over and over. he's not someone who should be anything, tbh, but definitely not a hero or anything positive

How about I just place in a \N{0} code for whenever I (or Reginald) is talking so that way it shouldn’t effect anything if you’re planning on adding in player customization in the future. Would that be okay?

Hey - I thought the 2017 version turned out pretty good, all things withstanding, and could hang with both of YDS’ games. I dunno if I would necessarily take the gamepage down, though, as it seems like a bit of a waste to me… But it’s up to you.
It's not too bad, but it's unpolished and rushed. I'll probably still keep a dropbox download to it on the new gamepage, I mostly just want the old gamepage gone so I can clean up my profile a little bit.

The answer to both questions is yes, since this is technically a remake and a sequel at the same time. I'm not really happy with how the 2017 game turned out since I really rushed most of it, so this game is technically meant to be a replacement so I can take down the original game page, but also a sequel at the same time. Time travel! But yeah, everything from the original, also in this, and because of that the new stuff ties into the original as well.
I'm planning to add player customization in a future update, preferably sometime early in 2021, but it's gonna be a post-game unlock and not included in the initial release so that I can actually get it done on time without needing to rush anything. Maybe provide some seperate dialogue if you could that doesn't address me directly just in case so I can use that for the post-game?

Heck, maybe even in the final battle against the shadowy figure, Helaz actually teams up with you (but he totally sucks in combat and can get one-shotted easily, lol) to make amends for all the things that he’s done.

Secret Santa Sign-ups 2020
I am ready to be a santa of the secret. Should hopefully have time for both this and christmas card with the pace I've been going at!
Edit: Woop! I forgot the wish list! They're in order of preference, but I don't really mind what I get so just pick whatever you want.
♢ If you want to do pixel art or music, maybe something I can use in gammak? I mostly make horror games with 2k3 style REFMAP graphics. Can be anything from tree variations to some corals or something if you go the pixel art route, and for music as long as it sounds spooky I'm happy.
♢ A few minutes long shitpost game I can laugh at. Don't have to spend much effort on it.
♢ A review for any Two Strangers game would be much appreciated. Better yet, a let's play with commentary.
♢ Or if you want to do fanart then any one of these characters?
♢ If you just want to buy me a game I enjoy walking simulators, adventure games and platformers the most. In that order of preference. Please just go for something cheap at least if you decide to go this route.
