No worries, since people wanted it, there's a solid chance I'll run it some time in the future. Just not very near future.
How to make event able to pass through the player but still affect the player when the event touches them?
There should be a pretty simple fix for this. Make a parallel process event.
Make two variables. Call them Event X and Event Y. Set them to the following things:
Event X = Event (event number)'s X coordinate
Event Y = Event (event number)'s Y coordinate
Make two more variables. Player X and Player Y.
Player X = Event (Player)'s X coordinate
Player Y = Event (Player)'s Y coordinate
After doing both of these, make a conditional branch.
>If Event X = Player X
>> If Event Y = Player Y
>> (Insert whatever happens when you want the event to catch the player)
>> else
>>(empty)
>else
>(empty)
If there are multiple events, then you might have to do a seperate set of variables and conditional branch for each of them.
Here's an image of how the event should look in 2k3. For pretty much any of the engines it should look the same as this, I think, but I haven't used anything MV onwards, so I'm not 100% sure.

Let's work on your game descriptions!
Just from a glance, there's quite a few typos and grammar errors. Here's a proofread version:
In this world, you play as a half-dragon half-human named Valker.
Along the way you meet some other half-mythical creatures, because the lands of Foran are full of them.
What will happen? You have a mission from the king of Everwill to clean up the sewers of all the goblins that are inside of the sewers. After you have done that comes a fight with the king. Then you are tasked to go to the town called Esper and talk to your mother. After that you need to battle 3 bosses for orbs to finally battle the giant dragon.
However, I wouldn't recommend submitting it like this because it's got quite a few issues, notably:
Feel free to post an updated description in here and I'd be happy to tell you if it's ready to resubmit for approval.
Keep in mind that if the game has a lot of typos and grammar errors as well, it will likely be denied again for being below site standards. If the description is any indication, it would really help if you get a proofreader to help out.

- "This happens. After that this happens. After that this happens. After that this happens." isn't very good sentence structure. It would be better if you could condense this down into something like "You will be given several missions, among which are the likes of clearing the sewers from a goblin infestation, travelling far away to talk to your mother, and searching for magical orbs guarded by menacing monsters."
- Kind of connected to the last thing: It seems like there's a lot of spoilers in the description? It seems unnecessary to mention that after you clear out the goblins, you end up battling the king. Similarly, I would cut out "finally battle the giant dragon."

[Poll] Mapping event next week! Vote for a theme.
Hello again!
[Poll] Mapping event next week! Vote for a theme.
As Libby is currently less active due to some personal stuff, I've decided to run a short mapping event in her absence. The event will run from next week (23rd of July) and will also last a week (30th of July). The poll will be closed on the 17th.
As we have a lot of gammak events coming up later in the year, this is meant to be more of a chill little exercise than a big investment. Out of these themes, which one would people be most interested in?
1) It's a Mini World: Make a world map, submit as an image. Community vote decides winner.
1 week for map making, 1 week for voting.
2) Cozy Places: Make a short, playable experience with up to 5 maps, taking place in any type of interior area (Cafes, aquariums, schools, etc). No gameplay (battles, endings, cutscenes etc), just small interactions. Not a competition.
1 week total.
3) Maps of Change: Map a type of location that you have never mapped before, submit as an image. No competition, since there's no real way to check, instead it would just be some practice.
1 week total.
4) Mapped in the Middle with You: Make a map. No interactions, no functional events (visual events okay), etc. Swap with someone else, who will add a small story or some interactions to that one map.
1 week for first person, 1 week for second person.
