LIBERTY'S PROFILE
I enjoy playing and creating games (mostly RPGs) and have a love of story and characterisation above graphics. I've been into RM* since '96 and have used all makers - started on the PSX makers, found and used a patched version of the SNES RM, then moved to RM95. When I found RM2K I finally decided to join some forums and I've been a part of the community ever since.

How many items do you like to be able to carry in an RPG?
When I first started playing Minecraft I hated that it was always stacks of 8 up to 64. Now I really like it. It's very identifiably Minecraft and it works out just fine for the game. They could have gone 99 each, but they went with something that was a bit more 'fun' and honestly, now I just calculate stacks and shit so easily. My 8 Times Tables are better than ever! :DDD
Personally, I usually prefer 99 though it always feels special when you get a game that breaks that cap. IDK, something about collecting a bunch of things and then realising "holy shit, 102?! how much more can we go?" is really fun.
That said, it really depends on the balance of the game. Something where you really only need a small amount of items used at a time can be good, but it does feel more rewarding to max out a bigger number than it does to do so to a smaller one.
9 vs 99? I'll pick 99 every time. XD

RPG Maker Steam Sale and MZ vs MV talk
I would say the only reason to grab MV is to get access to the resources that are centric to that version. If you don't care about the music, sounds (lol), graphics and such, then there's really no need for it, but for someone who prefers the MV RTP to most of the MZ RTP, since they're both the same size they're easy to swap in/out as will.
As someone who's been in the game (so to speak) for 20+ years, don't bother with Unite until (if) it comes out. And maybe wait to hear about the bug reports. I'd probably hold off on Unite until after the first week or two and then reasses as to whether you really want it or not based on what people are saying.
Of course, if you want the bragging rights of having the whole set, bundle is the way to go...

I used Slime Knight as my avatar at work for Teams for months (until they forced us to use employee photos)
Take a photo of yourself dressed as slime knight and make it your avatar!
Also I'm down to voice or anything for this project (RE: commercial). You know I'm a big fan of HR - it's one of my faves.

How did my game get featured without Liberty mentioning it to me during the six hours we spent on voice chat on Monday playing tabletop games...

He'll be whatever the opposite of vindicated is!
At one point I was going to make a sequel called Vindication 2: Complacency...
